Things to Know!

• Not all stains can be 100% removed, but we will do our best to do so!  We will discuss expectations on-site before beginning any work.

  • • Depending on the type of concrete, some oil/grease stains can be heavily reduced, but never 100% removed.

    • Calcium and Rust can be difficult too! 

• Using the customer’s water supply is the industry standard—and here’s why! 

  • Power washing trucks and trailers can’t carry enough water for most jobs. With machines using 4–8 gallons per minute, even a very large 250-gallon tank would only last about 30–60 minutes!

  • The water tanks you’re seeing on trucks/trailers is usually one of two things:
    • A 'buffer' tank, which connects to the on-site water supply. This tank ensures a consistent supply of water is ready for the machine to pull from when needed.
    • A 'mixing' or 'batch' tank, which is used to combine water with cleaning agents for the specific job.

• SH, or Sodium Hypochlorite, is bleach - one of the most commonly used chemicals in soft washing. 

  • Soft washing uses a carefully diluted bleach solution, known as sodium hypochlorite (SH), because it safely and effectively removes mold, mildew, and algae at the source. When mixed to the proper ratio and applied by professionals, it provides a deep, long-lasting clean without harming your home or property.
